School Based Health Centers increase access to health services to school aged children and adolescents by incorporating the health practice into the school. This aims to decrease costs, improve health outcomes through primary and secondary medicine, and increase utilization through ease of access. Although some centers may provide additional services to family and community members, the target population is school students.
