Health care costs continue to increase in Oregon, driven largely by ongoing and preventable health conditions.  OPHI encourages workplaces to consider the emotional and physical well-being of their employees and to consider how worksite wellness can help support this effort.  By working with local, regional, and statewide partners, OPHI supports policies that shift away from an unhealthy worksite culture to one focused on health employees who are eating well, moving around, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and productivity of our organizations.
